 On with the backlog sharing..... Yippieieieieieieiieie ! I won Glycérine's all-together-now-giveaway ! Yeah !!!! Can't believe it ! Can't wait to see that painting for real...... Oh another thing I have been doing quite a bit is playing with stamps {making them from foam, great for the kids art classes btw} carving them and mounting them on woodblocks {see some here} and then I received Suzi stamps from STAMPAVIE that I won in another giveaway, yeah yeah yeah yeah ! THANK you Heidi !!!! So I did a spread in my journal with some of those, and because I have been playing a lot in my art journals too lately, I'll share some spreads here with you. Oh and my knee ?....well let's say, luckily I don't have to paint with my knees/legs.....

found a print of a painting I sent away in a blog giveaway a while ago
wanted to keep some "thing" from it....so turned it into a page.

I can growl, I am a tiger.....>>>>>>GRRRRRR<<<<< what a day ! It started with a failed upload overnight, not understanding why and trying to fix this, then me for some reason loosing access to my youtube channel account and NO WAY of getting back into it........so creating a new one and starting to upload so history etc. in the mean time painting some and getting all ready for Fresco lesson number one.....and more uploading and  getting REALLY frustrated ! with myself mostly....but also I entered a painting into an annual judged art award.......need to bring the painting there on 23 January....ooooooh. exciting !  So I stay determined to get it all done before I'll hit the sack........fingers crossed the upload will succeed now.....xoxo

Treasure Earth - Safely Landed

I just received a lovely message from Deedra in Canada about the blog-post she made about my painting she won in the latest One World One Heart bloghop.

I posted it the day before the EarthQuake and hoped that it would have already left te country and not ended up in piles of rubble somewhere on the way out. Lucky for us both, New Zealand Post is wonderful and fast and the painting must have been flying safely in the sky when our grounds started to shake. The beautiful coincidence that this painting as well as myself escaped these tremors unharmed. I am really glad my "Treasure Earth" has found it's destination safely and I am really happy that Deedra likes it so.
