My soul food comes through sharing my creativity with others and sharing my support and appreciation for other's creativity at the same time. Thank you for bringing your artistic talent to this Soul Food 2014 event!

Creating things with my own hands feeds my soul... whether it's art, warm and snuggly hats, one of a kind clothing pieces or just plan ole home made soap. Creating things is the very core of my existence.

Getting lost in the process. Life can be so hectic sometimes that the greatest thing to do is to just focus on creating. It clears my mind of most thoughts and it becomes my own meditation of sorts.

I'm super excited the more I hear about this class and I hope to have the opportunity to learn from everyone!!

Soul food to me is sharing what little I've learnt so far and watching someone's face light up when they get it! I love that bond and connection.. we are all on a journey and it's lovely to be able to pass on the joy and peace I find journal spilling, getting messy & forgetting the time!
Thank you for the chance. gezzyb@sky.com

Loved reading your interview! Art definitely feeds my soul, making and viewing it. Love to go to galleries and just spend time wandering and absorbing all the beauty.
